Many of us personally know someone who has donated their time as a 'Big' brother or sister, or perhaps benefitted from the support of BBBSFV's charitable efforts. As a major contributor towards the annual BBBSFV Charity Golf Event fundraiser, Sunrise Toyota has had the opportunity to see first-hand the support within our community to assist those who will benefit from it.
Sunrise Toyota has also been a proud supporter of the 'Abbotsford Food Bank' for a number of years through donations made on behalf of our customers, our participation in the annual Fraser Valley Auto Mall Christmas Food Bank drive, as well as staff involvement in the Food Bank's annual 'Brown Bag Lunch' event.
The Abbotsford Food Bank is more than just a place for the less fortunate to obtain food donations. While the number one focus is helping people by providing temporary and supplemental food assistance, they do a lot more! They are involved with the Christmas Bureau, operate a free dental program, participate in 'Basics for Babies' and Extreme Weather assistance and much, much, more.
