We have updated the way we provide vehicle maintenance as an essential service for your driving safety. We now offer touch-free, contactless service for your maximum health and safety.
How It Works
When you arrive for your appointment, park your vehicle in the service parking area
At the drop off area, follow the instructions posted and place your keys in the drop slot.
Our Service team will collect your vehicle, contact you to confirm, and perform the service work as needed.
We will communicate with you throughout the day via phone, email, or text.
We will notify you once the vehicle is ready for pickup, and review the work performed and charges, if applicable.
We will provide instructions on how you can pay online through our secure online payment portal.
When you pick up your vehicle you will obtain the sanitized keys from a secured key machine OR from your Service Advisor at the pick up window.
Extra Safety Precautions We Are Taking
We take the health and well-being of our guests and associates seriously. For each one of our guests’ service appointments, we take the following steps to ensure we adhere to all safety protocols:
Regular disinfectant procedures throughout the day
including in-vehicle surfaces as well as in-store work benches and tools
Our associates wear protective gloves
when handling all vehicles
Plastic seat covers and steering wheel covers
are placed on your vehicle for the duration of the service
Your keys and all vehicle touchpoints
are sanitized thoroughly before you collect your vehicle
Payment and service paperwork
are all done digitally to mitigate any possible transmission touchpoints
